About this event:Learn about cooking delicious Indian food in an easy and enjoyable way with Riyaz Mir. He is a hugely experienced, effective and charming chef and teacher. With a passion for food and sharing his culture, we’ll learn the subtle magic of mixing spices, herbs and fresh ingredients. Riyaz grew up in Kashmir and owned the restaurant, Masala Dosa on Long St, before it closed in July because of Covid. He has been teaching Indian cooking for 15 years in Cape Town, and will host us in his Green Point home. We’ll help prepare the meal, to help us learn and savour the meal we’ll enjoy eating as a key part of the experience. (This is available as a private booking should you wish to have your own experience at a mutually convenient date.)
